BBQ starts at 5pm….BANDS start at 6pm
$5 at the door, or bring alcohol and get in for FREE!

People complained that there was too much alcohol at the last urban cottage party…well, the answer to that is to bring all your friends and even more alcohol. As always, we’ll have delicious grilled meats, a plethora of live music, and all kinds of debauchery.
