Here’s a piece that I’ve been working on for a while… sort of a class project using my “midiControl-harmonicRotator” Max-patch (I’ll post it if there’s interest).

Anyway this performance is by my housemates Becca (Mezzo-Soprano) and Joel (Yamaha WX-5 wind-controller).

Perhaps I’ll post a score and the patch later.

Or, in Japanese, “Tamashii no Hibiki”, is the name of the shamisen album, and it’s great!

Of course I’m not just saying that because I’m on it. I prefer the tunes without me, just because they were the smaller ensembles. Though here’s Tsugaru Tanto Bushi with me and 10 other shamisen players, two shakuhachi players, a taiko player, and a singer.
